About
The Science of Calm. The Art of You.
I'm an Integrative Behavioral Health Counselor, Yoga Therapist, and Trauma-Informed Educator, and an Army veteran.
My path into this work wasn't a straight line. I've spent time in community mental health, clinical care, program leadership, and military communities, each one teaching me something different about what people actually need to heal, not just what the textbooks say they need.
Working alongside service members and military families showed me how much resilience can coexist with disconnection: how someone can function, perform, even excel, while still feeling far from themselves. That observation has shaped almost everything about how I practice today.
Along the way, I trained not just as a counselor but as a yoga therapist, because I kept running into the same wall: talk alone wasn't always enough. People needed a way to work with the body, not just the mind, to actually feel the change they were working toward.
